Couscous Salad with Millet
The perfect couscous salad with millet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Fine grain millet
- 2 tablespoon Paprika pulp
- 2 Turkish peppers
- 0,5 Cucumber
- 1 size Leek onion stick
- 2 Fresh tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped fresh
- 3 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Hot peppers
- 50 g Black olives
- 2,5 tablespoon Calamansi balm vinegar
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoon Roasted hazelnuts
- Cook the millet according to the instructions on the packet. Let cool and mix with the paprika pulp.
- Add the roasted and chopped hazelnuts.
- Chop the vegetables and add them to the millet with the chopped garlic cloves and the chopped onion.
- Chop the parsley, cut the olives into rings and add to the salad.
- Add the calamansi balsamic vinegar and the olive oil. Mix everything well. Season to taste with paprika powder, salt and pepper.
- Calamansi is a citrus fruit.
