Scrambled Curry Eggs with North Sea Shrimps
The perfect scrambled curry eggs with north sea shrimps recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Eggs
- 2 tsp Mild curry powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 100 g Cooking cream
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 100 g Büsum crabs
- 2 Discs Sunflower seed bread
- 2 tbsp Remoulade
- 2 Stalk Dill
- Beat the 6 eggs in a vessel, add mild curry powder (2 teaspoons), salt (1 teaspoon), pepper (½ teaspoon) and cooking cream (100 g) and mix everything well. Heat the butter (1 tbsp) in a pan, add the egg mixture and spread the shrimps on top. Using a scraper, carefully push the pan’s contents back and forth until everything is thick / fried and cut in half. Spread sunflower seed bread with tartar sauce, place the scrambled curry eggs with North Sea shrimps on top and serve garnished with a dill stick.
