Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g crabs, fresh, without shell
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 2 small onions, red
  • 1 bunch dill, fresh
  • 2 tbsp oil, e.g. grape seed oil or good sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Remove the green parts from the radishes, wash them, and slice them thinly. Finely dice the red onions. Wash and finely chop the dill.
