Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 24 North Sea crabs, shelled
  • 2 radishes
  • 1 cucumber(s) (pickling cucumber), fresh
  • 6 mushrooms, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finger food and party snacks

Cut the radishes and cucumber into 3 mm thick slices. Clean the mushrooms and trim the stems to ensure they stand firmly. Place the toothpicks in the order “4 crab, radish slices, cucumber slices, and mushrooms.”
