Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tomatoes
- 200 g cucumber(s)
- 2 spring onions
- 200 g crab
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 100 g mayonnaise (light salad cream), low in cholesterol
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the tomatoes, scrape out the seeds, and dice them. Peel and dice the cucumber. Slice the spring onions into rings. Marinate the crab with the lemon juice. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix in the salad dressing and season.
