Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 650 g lard
  • 150 g cracklings
  • 150 g onion(s)
  • 50 g apples
  • 10 g salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the onions and fry them in the lard until browned, then let cool. Dice the apples as well. Mix the ingredients evenly. This can also be done with a food processor using the dough hook.
