Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 cup(s) cranberries, fresh, whole fruit
- 1 apple, grated
- ½ cup brown cane sugar
- ½ cup sugar, optionally with vanilla flavor
- 1 cup water
- 1 ½ cups juice (orange-pineapple)
- 1 lemon(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Heat the water and sugar together and reduce slightly. Then add the washed cranberries and bring to a boil. Pop 4/5 of the cranberries, then add the juice and apple. Bring everything to a boil along with the lemon juice. Cool and enjoy.
