- 1 apple
- 1 orange(s), juice
- ½ lemon(s), juice

delicious, healthy breakfast substitute
Peel the ginger, rinse the carrot and apple. Cut everything into small pieces and place it in a tall blender. Squeeze the orange and half a lemon and add it. Blend everything thoroughly. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, then drink. Ideal for people (like me) who can’t eat anything solid first thing in the morning or who need a little energy before a morning run. Tip: Serve in nice glasses with straws for guests.
