Cranberry Butter with Green Pepper

The perfect cranberry butter with green pepper recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Soft butter
  • 50 g Dried cranberries
  • 3 Branches Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Ground lemon peel
  • 1 tbsp Green pepper
  • 1 Red chilli pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove pressed
  • Sea salt to taste
  1. pluck the thyme leaves from the stalks and chop, also chop the cranberries
