Cranberry Butter with Green Pepper
The perfect cranberry butter with green pepper recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Soft butter
- 50 g Dried cranberries
- 3 Branches Thyme
- 1 tbsp Ground lemon peel
- 1 tbsp Green pepper
- 1 Red chilli pepper
- 1 Garlic clove pressed
- Sea salt to taste
- pluck the thyme leaves from the stalks and chop, also chop the cranberries
- Crush the peppercorns in a mortar and cut the chilli into very small cubes, removing the kernels beforehand
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly with the butter and season to taste
- Shape the butter into a roll, wrap it in aluminum foil and let it set in the refrigerator
