Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 60 g cranberries, dried, chopped
- 100 g butter, soft
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 150 g flour
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp milk
- 50 g oat flakes

makes about 30 pieces
Cream together the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt using the whisk attachment of a hand mixer. Stir in the egg yolks. Add the flour, cinnamon, and milk. Finally, stir in the oats and cranberries. Form the dough into small balls. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat, fan oven: 175°C) for 12-15 minutes.
