Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 60 g sugar
  • 75 ml milk
  • 35 ml oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 apple
  • Cinnamon – sugar
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Peel the apple, cut it into small cubes, and mix it with the cinnamon sugar. Then, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, milk, egg, and oil, and fold in the apple-cinnamon mixture. Grease a loaf pan and bake at 150°C for 30-40 minutes. You can also use the batter to make muffins.
