Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 70 g cranberries, dried
- 150 g butter, salted, soft
- 100 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- Flour for the work surface
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
for 40 cookies
Roughly chop the cranberries and combine with the remaining ingredients to form a smooth dough. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out cookies. Bake the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at 180°C for about 12-15 minutes.
