Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g cream cheese
- 50 g sour cream or crème fraîche
- 50 g Turkish yogurt
- 40 g cranberries, dried
- n. B. Salt
- e.g. pepper, colored, or orange pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes
Dip or spread
Soak 40-50g of cranberries in warm water for a few hours, drain well, and purée. If the purée is too thick, add a little of the soaking water. Stir the cream cheese, sour cream, and yogurt until smooth, then add the cranberry puree. Season with salt, about 1/4 teaspoon, and freshly ground pepper. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours, or overnight if desired. Stir again and season to taste before serving.
