Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g soft dates, pitted
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp harissa or spicy ajvar
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 pinches of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Suitable as a dip or as a spread.

Finely chop the dates and garlic. Mix the sour cream and cream cheese together and season with harissa, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Add the dates and garlic, stir, and let the dip sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
