Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g cream cheese
- 3 tbsp cream, fresh
- 2 tbsp cranberries
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions

delicious dip for fondue, pan-fried game and smoked trout
Blend the cream cheese with the heavy cream until smooth, add the cranberries and horseradish, and mix with the cheese. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
