Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 ml cream, whipped
  • 30 g caviar, black
  • Lemon juice, small dashes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

also tastes good with grilled meat

Carefully fold the caviar into the whipped cream and stir in the squeeze of lemon. Please prepare shortly before serving, otherwise the cream will collapse.
