Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 liter cranberry juice
  • 4 tbsp sugar, or more to taste
  • 12 sheets of gelatin

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Heat the juice in a saucepan, but do not let it boil. Squeeze out some of the soaked gelatin, then stir it into the juice until dissolved. Using a measuring jug, pour into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight. Serve with vanilla sauce or whipped cream.
