Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g almonds
  • 150 g hazelnuts
  • 60 g cranberries
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 bottle of rum flavoring
  • 50 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a mixer. I make small balls out of them. You can also refrigerate the dough for a few hours and then roll out the firm dough. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10-15 minutes. After baking, you can coat the balls in chocolate or cover them with colorful icing.
