Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 point fish fillet(s) (matjes), pickled in oil
  • 1 jar cranberries, drained
  • 3 slices of bread (wholemeal bread)
  • 1 large onion(s), sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream, whipped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fish with a twist and all without cooking!

Take a slice of whole-grain bread and top with the cranberries. Next, remove the herring from its packaging and place it on top of the cranberries. Then place the onion slices on top of the herring and, for the finishing touch, add the whipped cream. Your crazy fish is ready to eat. Don’t eat it all the time, or the calories will add up mercilessly.
