Cream and quark cream with white chocolate

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 cup of quark
  • 2 bars of white chocolate
  • Lemon peel, grated
  • Sugar
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 banana(s)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

delicious, refreshing and variable

First, break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it either in the microwave or in a double boiler. Allow the melted chocolate to cool, but do not allow it to harden. While the chocolate is cooling, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix the quark with the whipped cream. Now add a little sugar and grated lemon zest. Add the cooled, melted chocolate and mix well. Pour the cream into dessert bowls and refrigerate for about an hour. Before serving, hull and halve the strawberries. Arrange three strawberry halves in a ring on top of the cream. Cut the banana into four equal pieces. Cut each banana piece into thirds and place these between the strawberry halves.
