Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 150 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • 100 g almond(s), sliced
  • 50 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

For the topping, mix the almonds and sugar. For the batter, whip the cream until almost stiff peaks form. Stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs and continue whisking vigorously. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in a tablespoon at a time. Spread the batter onto a greased baking sheet (adjustable 32x36cm), top with the raspberries, then the almond mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until light brown.
