Cream and Raspberry Slices

The perfect cream and raspberry slices recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Covering:

  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Pck. Baking powder
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 300 g Raspberries, frozen
  • 70 g Almonds, sliced
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 50 g Mini meringue (if you like)

Dough:

  1. Whip the cream until it is almost stiff. Stir in sugar and vanilla sugar and gradually add the eggs and keep stirring.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 °. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the cream mixture, tablespoon at a time. Spread the dough on half a greased baking sheet. Fix the middle edge with aluminum foil strips. Or take an appropriately large, rectangular shape.

Covering:

  1. Spread the raspberries generously on top (also works when frozen) and sprinkle everything with almonds, sugar and the crumbled meringues.
  2. Place the mold on the middle rail in the oven for 20 – 30 minutes. It should be golden brown. The dough must no longer adhere to the wooden stick sample.
