Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g cream cheese
- 250 g mascarpone
- 225 ml cream
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for cakes
Whip the cream and cream stiffener until stiff peaks form. Beat the cream cheese with the mascarpone and powdered sugar until smooth. Gradually stir in the cream. One portion of the cream is enough to cover a 6 cm high 26 cm cake. This cream is not suitable for fondant.
