Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 ml water, lukewarm
- 350 g flour, type 405
- 100 g cream cheese with yogurt
- ½ cube of yeast
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ pack of herbs, frozen, either 8 herbs or Italian.
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions

Crumble the yeast into the lukewarm water and dissolve it with a fork. Put the flour in a mixing bowl, knead the yeast mixture and the other ingredients, except for the herbs, into a firm dough. I let the food processor knead for 5 minutes each time. Finally, knead in the frozen herbs. Heat the oven to 50°C, turn it off, and cover the dough in a bowl with a kitchen towel. Let it rise for 30 minutes. Knead the dough again with your hands on a sheet of baking paper and shape it into a bread roll (like a baguette). Place it on a baking tray with the baking paper on it, cover, and let it rise for another 20 minutes. Brush the bread with the milk and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top with a spoon. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat) and bake the bread for 25-30 minutes.
