Cream cheese cream with pear

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large pear(s) (approx. 300 g)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 75 g double cream cheese
  • 125 g low-fat yogurt
  • 40 g cane sugar
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel, core, and dice the pear. Pour the cream into a blender and whip until stiff peaks form. Add the yogurt and double cream cheese and stir in. Then carefully fold in the pear cubes. Pour the cream into 4 glasses. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl; you can use more, of course. Spread it over the cream cheese mixture in the glasses. Refrigerate the finished dessert for 2-3 hours.
