Ingredients

  • 200 g Cream cheese 70%
  • e.g. Buco - the creamy one
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 3 pinches Salt
  • 2 pinches Pepper White
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 splash Tabasco
  • 3 cups Radish sprouts

Instructions

  • First of all: I have been annoyed again and again that the radishes I have bought are no longer as nice and hot and spicy as I used to know them. Aaaaber these small, self-grown radish sprouts are so wonderfully spicy that I pull them fresh and fresh on the windowsill every few days. Thats is quite easy!!
  • How to pull the sprouts, I have described in detail here: How to get fresh sprouts
  • Beat the cream cheese with the yoghurt and the spices until smooth, then fold in the very fresh sprouts (keep a few - they are sprinkled over the finished dip).
  • Cover and rest in the refrigerator and let it steep until eaten. This dip is suitable for parties and particularly tasty with vegetable sticks or strips ... you dip them into the dip and nibble them away.
  • And we especially like this hearty dip with fresh farmer's bread in the evening.
