Cream Cheese Dip …
The perfect cream cheese dip … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Cream cheese 70% F.i.Tr.
- Z. B. Buco – the creamy one
- 2 tablespoon Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 3 Pinches Salt
- 2 Pinches Pepper White
- 0,5 teaspoon Sweet paprika
- 1 Splash Tabasco
- 3 cups Radish sprouts
- First of all: I have been annoyed again and again that the radishes I have bought are no longer as nice and hot and spicy as I used to know them. Aaaaber these small, self-grown radish sprouts are so wonderfully spicy that I pull them fresh and fresh on the windowsill every few days. Thats is quite easy!!

- Beat the cream cheese with the yoghurt and the spices until smooth, then fold in the very fresh sprouts (keep a few – they are sprinkled over the finished dip).
- Cover and rest in the refrigerator and let it steep until eaten. This dip is suitable for parties and particularly tasty with vegetable sticks or strips … you dip them into the dip and nibble them away.
- And we especially like this hearty dip with fresh farmer’s bread in the evening.
