Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 300 g cream cheese, optionally with herbs
- Salt
- cocktail tomatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain the water and leave the pasta in the pot on the hot plate. Add the cream cheese and let it melt, stirring well to prevent it from sticking. Finally, stir in a few cherry tomatoes. Tip: It tastes best with colorful tagliatelle pasta.
