Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cream cheese, low fat
  • 100 g chocolate glaze
  • 30 g cashew nuts, unsalted and chopped
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Sugar for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt the chocolate glaze in a double boiler, then add all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Form into balls and chill in the refrigerator. Then roll in sugar and enjoy cold.
