Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cans of sardines, skinned and boned
  • ½ onion(s), cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp, heaped capers
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

super easy and fast

Halve the lemon. Squeeze one half, then cut the other half into thin slices. Serve the skinless, boneless sardines with onion strips, capers, thin lemon slices, and finely chopped parsley. Drizzle with the juice of the remaining lemon half. Served cold, this dish can be prepared in advance.
