Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 packs of cream cheese, approx. 200 g each
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper, very hot
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper

Place the cream cheese in a bowl and mash with a fork. Trim the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Mix with the cream cheese and season with cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. The “pinch of cayenne pepper” refers to a very hot version of chili powder. Experience has shown that the spiciness varies depending on the cayenne pepper purchased. It’s best to work it in carefully. The cream cheese tastes especially good on sliced olive bread or with baked potatoes, but also with grilled meat.
