Cream Cheese: Zwipaschi
The perfect cream cheese: zwipaschi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Cream cheese natural *
- 1 piece Red pepper – about an eighth
- 1 piece Shallot
- 2 Discs Black Forest ham
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- Finely dice the paprika, shallot and ham and mix with the cream cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Enjoy on a fresh bread roll garnished with strips of paprika.
- * Cream cheese: Put the yoghurt in a sieve lined with a strainer, cover, weigh down with a stone or something similar and place in the refrigerator overnight. Great drinks can be mixed from the whey. Process the cream cheese further as you like.
