- 125 Milliliters Milk
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 35 g Rice pudding
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Custard powder
- 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil
- Powdered sugar
- Peach Preserve
- Bring the milk, sugar and vanilla sugar to the boil. Add the rice and let it soak for about 20 minutes over a very low heat. Stirring occasionally. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.
- Stir the egg and pudding powder into the rice. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the pancakes on both sides.
- Remove excess fat from the buffer on kitchen paper. Arrange on plates. Sprinkle thickly with powdered sugar and serve with fruit.
