Sweet Rice Pancakes …

The perfect sweet rice pancakes … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 Milliliters Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 35 g Rice pudding
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Custard powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil
  • Powdered sugar
  • Peach Preserve
  1. Bring the milk, sugar and vanilla sugar to the boil. Add the rice and let it soak for about 20 minutes over a very low heat. Stirring occasionally. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.
  2. Stir the egg and pudding powder into the rice. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the pancakes on both sides.
  3. Remove excess fat from the buffer on kitchen paper. Arrange on plates. Sprinkle thickly with powdered sugar and serve with fruit.
