Cucumber Salad À La Heiko
The perfect cucumber salad à la heiko recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Onion
- 1 Small clove of garlic
- 150 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 1 bunch Chives
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- Seasoned Salt
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Put the yogurt in a bowl and season with salt and pepper from the mill. Stir in the chopped chives. Peel the onion, cut in half, quarter and cut into small slices. Peel the garlic and cut into small cubes. Add onions and garlic to the yogurt and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Make a marinade from vinegar, oil, water and sugar. Now add the marinade to the yogurt and stir in the peeled, halved and sliced cucumber. Season again to taste and serve. Good Appetite.
