Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 360 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 160 g sour cream
  • Cinnamon and sugar for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

taste like cinnamon rolls, easy to prepare.

Combine flour, butter, and sour cream in a dough. Chill for 3 hours. Then roll out the dough, not too thickly (it will rise, similar to puff pastry), and cut out various shapes. Bake at approximately 200°C for 10-15 minutes. Roll in cinnamon and sugar while still hot.
