Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine or butter
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 400 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g margarine
- 1 tsp cinnamon, optional
- 250 g sweet cream for pouring
- n. B. Icing sugar for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Make a batter from margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, baking powder, and flour. Spread it on a floured or lined baking sheet. Make the crumble topping and sprinkle it over the batter. Bake at approximately 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 20-30 minutes, depending on your oven. Remove from the oven and pour the whipped cream evenly over the still-hot cake. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
