Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup of cream
- 350 g natural yogurt
- 1 pack of fruits, frozen (blueberries, strawberries etc.) or fresh
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Yogurt cream with cream, fruits and brown sugar
Whip the cream until stiff. Then carefully fold in the yogurt. Sweeten the cream and yogurt mixture with the white sugar. Add sugar to the fruit (CAUTION: Some frozen fruit is very sour and needs a generous amount of sugar!). Fill the fruit into dessert glasses/bowls and pour the cream and yogurt mixture over it. Sprinkle with brown sugar and refrigerate for 1 hour.
