Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled, weighed, cooked, from the previous day or fresh
- 1 cup sour cream
- 250 g potato starch
- Salt
- nutmeg

easy preparation
Mash the potatoes with a potato ricer until stiff. Add the sour cream and mix. Then sift the potato flour into the mixture and add salt and nutmeg to taste. Place a pot with plenty of water on the stovetop, bring it to a boil, and add salt. In the meantime, form the dumplings. Once the water boils, add the dumplings and wait until they rise to the surface. Then turn off the heat and let the dumplings sit for 20-30 minutes.
