Cream herring tip

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 jars of fish fillet(s) (Bismarck herring)
  • 5 gherkins
  • 2 apples
  • 1 vegetable onion(s)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup yogurt (whole milk)
  • some sugar
  • some pepper
  • possibly salt if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the herring into pieces. Peel and core the apples, and peel the onion. Dice them along with the gherkins. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Season to taste and let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 days. Tastes great with boiled potatoes.
