Mango Cream Cheese Dream
The perfect mango cream cheese dream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Covering
- 300 g Cream cheese
- 150 g Yogurt
- 1,5 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Mango
- 4 sheet Gelatin
- 70 ml Water
- 35 g Sugar
- 75 ml Mango juice
- 0,5 tsp Strength

- 50 g Flour
- 0,25 tbsp Sugar
- 25 ml Milk
- 0,5 tsp Yeast
- 10 g Butter
- 1 Egg yolk

- Make a yeast dough with the above ingredients and let rise in a warm place or in the oven (60 ° C) for at least 30 minutes. Then knead vigorously, put in a small greased springform pan and let rise for another 10 minutes. Then bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
Covering
- Peel and puree the mango. Mix the cream cheese with the yoghurt, lemon juice and 2/3 of the mashed mango.
- Soak the gelatine and then heat it with the water and sugar until it has dissolved. Then mix with the cream cheese mixture and refrigerate until it starts to gel. Then put it on the floor (the edge of the springform pan must be around). Put it in the fridge until it’s completely gelled.
- Heat the rest of the mango puree with the juice and starch and bring to the boil briefly, then pour it onto the cake and let it cool in the refrigerator.
