Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 400 ml sweet cream
- 3 cloves garlic, squeezed or chopped, possibly more
- 2 tsp broth, granulated
- 1 pinch of Provençal herbs or Italian
- Parmesan, freshly sliced
- Salt

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions. Combine the other ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and bring to a boil for 3 minutes. If it boils too much, turn it off briefly, stir, and bring to a boil again. Repeat this process several times if necessary. Mix with the pasta and grate the Parmesan cheese over the pasta (but you can also cook it in the sauce if you prefer).
