Cream puff dessert

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 80 g sugar
  • 2 packs of cream puffs, filled from frozen (approx. 600 g)
  • 500 g groats (cherry)
  • 3 tbsp cherry liqueur
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with mascarpone cream and cherry compote

Whip the cream until stiff, stir in the mascarpone, curd cheese, and sugar. Spread 1/3 of the cream into a 25×20 cm dish, tightly cover with the cream puffs, spread the cherry compote (with liqueur) over it, spread the remaining cream over it, sprinkle with cocoa, and refrigerate. I make a small dessert with half the batch in dessert glasses.
