Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 5 Pc. Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Butter
- 375 ml Water
- 500 ml Cream
- 300 g Morello cherries
- 1 pinch Cinammon
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Lemon
- 500 g Vanilla cream
Instructions
- Bring the water, salt and butter to the boil briefly in a saucepan. Pour the flour over it and stir very vigorously with a spoon at a low temperature. The dough is ready when the mixture has turned into a kind of lump and can be easily removed from the bowl.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and gradually stir in the eggs. Put the dough with a spoon (or a piping bag) on a greased baking sheet (leave enough space) and bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Then take it out and let it cool down. Whip the cream. Bring the morello cherries to the boil briefly in a saucepan, briefly bring to the boil with a pinch of cinnamon, sugar and a little lemon and reduce the brew. Then cut open the diaper and fill it with cream and the cherries.
