  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Butter
  • 375 ml Water
  • 500 ml Cream
  • 300 g Morello cherries
  • 1 pinch Cinammon
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Lemon
  • 500 g Vanilla cream

Instructions
 

  • Bring the water, salt and butter to the boil briefly in a saucepan. Pour the flour over it and stir very vigorously with a spoon at a low temperature. The dough is ready when the mixture has turned into a kind of lump and can be easily removed from the bowl.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and gradually stir in the eggs. Put the dough with a spoon (or a piping bag) on ​​a greased baking sheet (leave enough space) and bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
