Bavarian Sausage-salad
The perfect bavarian sausage-salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Emmental cheese
- 75 g Gherkins
- 350 g Meat sausage
- 250 g Peeled onions
- For the salad dressing:
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
- Some sugar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 6 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 tbsp Chive rolls
- Cut the cheese into strips, the pickles into slices. Skin meat sausage, possibly halve and cut into slices.
- Cut the onions into rings, put them in boiling water, boil for 2 minutes and place on a sieve, drain well.
- For the salad dressing, stir together the vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and mustard. Stir in the oil.
- Mix the salad ingredients with the sauce.
- Serve the sausage salad sprinkled with chives.
