Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quark, low-fat
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
- Sugar to taste
- Fruit of your choice and season
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with and without fruit
Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff. Sweeten the low-fat quark with sugar (to taste). Chop up any fruit you like, such as cherries, strawberries, pineapple, or peaches, and stir into the quark, or garnish the quark with just the fruit. Now carefully fold in the whipped cream. If you like, you can also stir in a little fruit juice, but not too much, or the quark will be too runny.
