Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 g butter
- 10 g flour
- 1 tsp vegetable broth
- 200 ml cream
- Thyme
- Parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Melt the butter and dust with flour. Sauté slightly, then deglaze with the cream. You can increase the amount of cream depending on the consistency. Add the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, parsley, and thyme.
