Cream – Vanilla – Rice Pudding

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 ml milk
  • 150 ml sweet cream
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 80 g rice pudding
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat to a setting between boiling and keeping warm. Simmer the rice pudding for about 30 minutes, stirring constantly. Hot morello cherries go well with the rice pudding.
