Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g rice pudding
  • 750 ml milk
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 50 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Place the rice pudding, vanilla pod, and milk in a covered casserole dish (preferably ultra-high ovenproof) and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 45 minutes. Then remove the vanilla pod and sweeten with sugar. Replace the lid and continue cooking for about 10-15 minutes. Add the sugar, cinnamon, and canned mandarin oranges or peaches.
