Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1,000 ml milk
  • some butter or margarine
  • some salt
  • 20 g sugar
  • some lemon peel, grated
  • 175 g rice pudding
  • 50 g sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Bring the milk, fat, salt, sugar, and lemon zest to a boil, add the washed rice, and simmer over low heat until swollen. Serve the rice piled high and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
