Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp, heaped cream cheese
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt 3.5%
  • 1 tbsp, heaped salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 1 tbsp, whipped sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp, str. Crema di Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar
  • ½ tsp black pepper, ground
  • 1 tbsp, heaped salad herbs, dried
  • 4 dashes of Maggi
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 half cucumber(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 4 radishes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

as a side dish to potatoes

Finely chop or grate the vegetables. Blend the remaining ingredients into a cream and fold in the chopped vegetables. Garnish with fresh herbs, such as chives or dill, and serve with boiled or fried potatoes.
