Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 pack of raspberries (frozen)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 1 cup of yogurt (500 ml)
  • n. B. cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Yogurt-cream-fruit dream

Place the frozen raspberries in a bowl, whip the cream, and spread half of the cream evenly over the raspberries. Cut the peaches into small pieces and place them on top of the cream, then spread the remaining cream over the peaches. Sweeten the yogurt to taste and spread it over the last layer of cream. Finally, generously sprinkle the cane sugar over the yogurt and chill for about 2 hours.
